CIB partners with IE University to strengthen leadership development in Egypt

Commercial International Bank Egypt has signed a strategic partnership with IE University to advance leadership development and executive education in Egypt.

Commercial International Bank Egypt, the country's largest private-sector bank, signed a strategic partnership with IE University on leadership development, executive education and professional growth.

The agreement aims to develop human capital and foster innovation through initiatives including executive education programmes, knowledge-sharing activities, guest lectures and professional certifications.

Mohamed El Senary, Chief Human Resources Officer at CIB, said the partnership combines industry expertise with academic innovation to develop future-ready leaders. William Davila, Executive Chair of Corporate Relations at IE University, noted that continuous learning is now a strategic imperative amid technological and global changes.

The collaboration will also support CIB's existing youth development programmes and prepare professionals for evolving labour market demands.
