Florita Perdomo gains endorsements on southern Huila tour

Candidate Flora Perdomo, known as Florita, received backing from panela guilds, coffee women associations, and community boards during her tour in San Agustín and Isnos. Flora Perdomo's campaign continues to build momentum in southern Huila, with large gatherings reflecting recognition of her political work. In San Agustín, Perdomo led a public event at the Cooperativo school, drawing rural communities and uniting local leaders such as Germán Ortega “Faraón”, Luis Fernando Llanos, and Germán Delgado in support of her bid.

The panela guild and coffee women associations praised her role in passing the law establishing the Panela Price Stabilization Fund, as well as a project to modernize production systems in the area. These groups pledged to back Perdomo to secure majorities in the municipality.

In Isnos, the gathering in the Silvania hamlet exceeded expectations with around 3,000 attendees at the recreational center, organized by former mayor Gaby Angelita Ñañez, councilors, and agricultural leaders. Panela producers publicly honored her for improving sector conditions and announced their decision to support her.

Visibly moved, Perdomo thanked the expressions of affection and highlighted her involvement in projects like rural road paving, sports complexes, eco-friendly stoves, and rural gasification. Her tour showcased unity and community endorsement in the visited municipalities.
