Gaise Baba releases 'We Outside' music video

Nigerian Afrogospel artist Gaise Baba has launched the music video for his single 'We Outside,' emphasizing faith in everyday life. The release features prominent figures from various fields, highlighting the gospel's reach beyond church walls. Produced by Sess and directed by Wisdom Fortune, it follows his recent collaboration 'No Turning Back II' with Lawrence Oyor.

Akinade Ibuoye, known as Gaise Baba, has been active in the music scene for nearly 20 years, blending Afrobeats, Yoruba idioms, and gospel elements to shape cultural values through his art. His latest project, the music video for 'We Outside,' arrived on December 3, 2025, as a continuation of his boundary-pushing style rooted in faith.

The track, a mid-tempo Afro-pop piece with a spiritually charged message, promotes believers expressing their faith in streets, studios, and boardrooms. It builds on the success of 'No Turning Back II,' which featured Lawrence Oyor.

In the video, Gaise Baba collaborates with influential personalities including Leke Alder in consulting, Tara Fela-Durotoye in beauty, Funke Bucknor-Obruthe in event planning, ID Cabasa in music, Funto Ibuoye in interior design, Tunde Onakoya in sports, Stan Nze in film, Moyo Oluwole in real estate, and Reinhard Tega. These figures illustrate excellence and the gospel's integration into creative and professional spheres.

Gaise Baba described the initiative: “We are not abandoning what has been built but taking the flame from the altar and setting the streets on fire with the Gospel.” He views 'We Outside' as a cultural declaration for a generation boldly carrying faith into all areas of life.

As an award-winning Afrogospel artist, cultural architect, and social impact entrepreneur, Gaise Baba incorporates Yoruba, English, and West African Pidgin in his work. Berklee-trained in music business, he founded the LightOut high school initiative and Aramanda festival. He also drives Lounge464, focusing on performance, community, and cultural curation in Nigeria and the diaspora, and hosts the Black Flame podcast for insightful stories.
