Hannah Marks has signed with CAA for representation in all areas, according to an exclusive report. The multifaceted talent, known for her work behind and in front of the camera, retains her existing teams at Circle M+P and Shelter PR. Marks recently wrote the script for Netflix's reboot of 13 Going on 30, which she is executive producing with Jennifer Garner. She also adapted the children's book Eloise for MRC and Netflix, featuring Ryan Reynolds in the lead role through his Maximum Effort production company, with Amy Sherman-Palladino directing. That film has wrapped production, and Marks is now developing another project for Illumination. Last May, she directed the adaptation of John Green's Turtles All the Way Down for HBO Max. Her other directorial credits include Amazon's Don't Make Me Go, starring John Cho and Mia Isaac, which premiered at the Tribeca Festival, and the indie comedy Mark, Mary & Some Other People, earning her the Best Screenplay Award at the 2021 Tribeca Festival. She co-directed and co-wrote After Everything, which competed at SXSW 2018 and earned her a Game Changer Award nomination. As an actress, Marks will appear opposite Naomi Watts in Neon's The Housewife, set for release later this year. Past roles include Dinner in America, which debuted at Sundance 2020, I Used to Go Here from SXSW 2020, Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, Daniel Isn't Real, and Southbound.
