Harry Styles' 'Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally' has debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with 430,000 units sold in its first week, marking his fourth solo album to top the chart. The success follows the album's March 6 release and his hosting/musical guest stint on Saturday Night Live.
Harry Styles' 'Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally'—released March 6 as detailed in prior coverage—debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, according to March 15 reports. It sold 430,000 equivalent units in its first week (below preliminary estimates of 445,000), displacing Bruno Mars' The Romantic. This is Styles' fourth solo No. 1 and his biggest U.S. debut since Harry’s House (521,500 units in 2022), which included the 15-week Hot 100 leader “As It Was.” The album's lead single “Aperture” had previously debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100.
Reflecting on the four-year gap since Harry’s House in a Zane Lowe interview, Styles said: “This time I was turning 30 and I wanted to like take a break and kind of like assess... I felt like I was coming back as like a stronger version of myself.”
Promotion continued with Styles hosting and performing as musical guest on Saturday Night Live March 14—his second time in both roles since 2019. He debuted live “Dance No More” and “Coming Up Roses” (with Paul Simon cameo), joked about the album title in his monologue (including a kiss with cast member Ben Marshall, quipping “Now that’s queerbaiting”), and appeared in sketches as a prosecutor, MAHA-approved hospital physician, White Castle employee, and Target ad model.
The album supports Styles' Together, Together tour, including a 30-night Madison Square Garden residency from August and stops in Amsterdam, London, Mexico City, São Paulo, Melbourne, and Sydney.
