Mitsubishi attends GJAW 2025 to celebrate 55 years in Indonesia

Mitsubishi Motors, through PT MMKSI, participates in the Permata Bank GAIKINDO Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2025 to mark 55 years in Indonesia. The event runs from November 21 to 30, 2025, at ICE BSD City, under the theme 'Empowering Every Journey'. Their booth features various vehicle models and thematic areas inspiring customer lifestyles.

Marking 55 years in Indonesia, Mitsubishi Motors through PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) joins GJAW 2025 at ICE BSD City, Tangerang Selatan. The exhibition serves as a moment to reflect on the long journey supporting Indonesian family mobility, with the booth concept 'Reliable Partner for Decades' in Hall 10, Booth 10A spanning 880 m².

The booth displays six vehicle units, including Mitsubishi Destinator, Xforce, Xpander, Xpander Cross, and New Pajero Sport. Destinator was recently named 'Car of the Year 2025'. Additionally, seven units are available for test drives: three Destinators, one Xforce, one Pajero Sport, and two Xpandrs.

Atsushi Kurita, President Director of PT MMKSI, stated, “55 years is not just a number, but a story of meaningful togetherness. Through GJAW 2025, we want to share the spirit and gratitude to all customers, partners, and media who have been part of this journey.” He emphasized the commitment to providing reliable, safe, and comfortable vehicles.

Thematic areas include the 55th Anniversary LED Interactive showcasing Mitsubishi's history in Indonesia, Passion to Care Lounge for product education and services, Sky Explorer Photo Booth in collaboration with Garuda Indonesia and Tahilalats, and Dealing Area for transactions.

MMKSI also features a special inspirational display with vehicle modifications. Xpander Cross under 'Comfort & Outdoor Adventure with Family' includes awning and roof box. Pajero Sport with 'Exploring & Excitement' has all-terrain tires, large roof rack, bike rack, and Alpine audio system. Destinator highlights 'Premium & Touring with Family', while Xforce represents 'Urban & Sporty'.

Brand Ambassador Rifat Sungkar shared, “A car is actually a partner, not just transportation. Every vehicle we use has a very personal touch from color, performance to accessories.” He advised safe modifications, such as wheel replacement maximum up two inches, and understanding vehicle weight shifts.
