MØL releases third album Dreamcrush with new Hud video

Danish alt-metal band MØL has launched their third studio album, Dreamcrush, via Nuclear Blast Records. To celebrate, they unveiled a new single and music video for 'Hud'. The release marks a significant evolution in the band's sound, blending heavy riffs with ethereal elements.

On January 30, 2026, Danish alt-metal outfit MØL released their third studio album, Dreamcrush, through Nuclear Blast Records. This follows their previous works, Jord (2019) and Diorama (2021), and builds on singles like 'Garland', 'Young', and 'CRUSH'. The album sharpens the band's signature fusion of crushing heaviness and luminous textures, drawing influences from My Bloody Valentine, Cocteau Twins, and Smashing Pumpkins. It explores themes of belonging, resilience, and the balance between hope and burden, offering a mix of merciless intensity and tender melody.

The tracklist includes: 1. DREAM, 2. Små Forlis, 3. Young, 4. Hud, 5. Garland, 6. Favour, 7. A Former Blueprint, 8. ∞, 9. Dissonance, 10. Mimic, 11. CRUSH.

Coinciding with the album drop, MØL shared a new single and video for 'Hud', an immersive track that sets a tense, otherworldly atmosphere. Guitarist Nicolai Busse commented: “'Hud' was the first composition I started on after we released Diorama and after the birth of my daughter. Listening to the song always takes me back to sitting on our living room floor with a guitar in hand and plucking away while she would play. The track is seminal to me in that it not only helped me form ideas on how the record should sound, but also becoming a father.”

MØL, consisting of Ken Lund Klejs on drums, Holger Rumph Frost on bass, Kim Song Sternkopf on vocals, Sigurd Kehlet on guitars, and Nicolai Busse on guitars, will support the release with a February tour across Europe and the UK. Tayne and Cold Night For Alligators provide support. Dates include February 6 in Berlin at Hole 44, February 7 in Prague at Futurum, February 8 in Leipzig at Naumanns, February 9 in Munich at Feierwerk, February 10 in Wiesbaden at Kesselhaus, February 11 in Eindhoven at Effenaar KZ, February 12 in London at Underworld, February 13 in Manchester at Rebellion, February 14 in Glasgow at Classic Grand, February 15 in Leeds at Key Club, February 16 in Birmingham at O2 Institute 2, February 17 in Bristol at Exchange, February 18 in Paris at Petit Bain, February 20 in Cologne at Club Volta, and February 21 in Hamburg at Betty.

The album and tour underscore MØL's push into atmospheric, uncharted territory, challenging listeners with its depth and uplift.
