Music sustainability summit 2026 announces speakers including AEG representatives

The third annual Music Sustainability Summit, set for April 14 in Los Angeles, has revealed a roster of more than three dozen speakers from the music industry. Announced on March 5, the event will feature discussions on key environmental issues like merchandise, fan travel and venue sustainability. Organized by the Music Sustainability Alliance, the summit aims to develop practical solutions for the sector's ecological challenges.

The Music Sustainability Summit 2026, presented by the Music Sustainability Alliance, is scheduled for April 14 at Solotech Studios in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The announcement of speakers came on March 5, highlighting over three dozen participants from various corners of the music industry.

Among the confirmed speakers are Lindsay Arell of Legends Global, Maggie Baird of Support+Feed, Zoe Berman of Sound Future, Kelly Brennan-Kleyn of KBK Management, Jamal Chalabi of Backlash Productions, Mary Conde of Another Planet, Erik Distler of AEG, Kristen Fulmer of Oak View Group, Adam Gardner of Reverb and Guster, Lara Seaver of Reverb, Cheryl Liguori of Z2 Entertainment, Lesley Olenik of Live Nation, Scott Paul of Taylor Guitars, Stuart Ross of The Conference Live At Lititz, Carol Scott of TAIT and Neel Vasavada of Overdrive Energy Solutions.

The day's program will include panels and workshops addressing critical areas such as merchandise sustainability, fan travel, fan engagement, practices in small and midsize venues, and foodservice. These sessions are designed to tackle the industry's most pressing environmental impacts.

"This year’s summit program focuses on turning ideas into impactful, practical, and scalable solutions," stated Amy Morrison, CEO and co-founder of the Music Sustainability Alliance. "We designed a series of workshops, panels, and mainstage presentations to bring together artists, venues, crews, vendors, labels, promoters, managers, platforms and others to move the industry forward."

Partners for the event include AEG, AEG Presents, AXS, Back of House, Green Disco, PRG, Solotech and Warner Music Group. Passes are available for $382 through March 31.
