The Ministry of Transport forecasts 835,000 air passengers, with 520,871 (62%) on domestic flights and 314,910 (38%) on international routes. Peak days include Friday, March 20, with 182,117 passengers; Monday, March 23 (holiday), with 174,313; and Tuesday, March 24, with 168,934 travelers. On roads, nearly 4 million vehicles are expected at national tolls, including 1.2 million in Cundinamarca and 650,000 in Bogotá. Public ground transport anticipates 3.8 million passengers from 52 terminals via over 350,000 scheduled dispatches. Transport Minister Mafe Rojas urged: “Este será uno de los puentes festivos con mayor movilización del año. La invitación es a planear los viajes con anticipación, respetar las normas de tránsito y poner la vida en el centro de cada decisión. Estamos trabajando para que todos los colombianos lleguen bien a su destino”. The national government advises planning trips, vehicle checks, no drunk driving, speed limit adherence, and use of authorized services.
