Peter Krause leads new NBC drama Line of Fire

NBC has released the first teaser for its upcoming family drama Line of Fire, starring Peter Krause as a Secret Service agent. The series follows a multi-generational law enforcement family facing a deadly conspiracy. It is scheduled to premiere on September 21.

The show centers on the Hollingsworth family, with Krause playing Mike, a Secret Service agent. Hope Davis portrays U.S. Marshal Jane, while Kat Cunning plays FBI agent Clare. Tommy O'Brien and Taylor Bloom round out the cast as Secret Service agent Micah and Department of Justice analyst Russ.

The official logline describes a cut-and-dry case that turns into a conspiracy, forcing the family to protect one another and seek justice, even if it means betraying their code. Writer Josh Safran serves as executive producer alongside Jenna Bush Hager and Ben Spector, with Rebecca Thomas also executive producing the pilot.

Line of Fire will air Mondays at 10 p.m. on NBC, with episodes streaming the next day on Peacock. Krause joins the project after leaving ABC's 9-1-1, where he played Bobby Nash for eight seasons.
