Enel stated that the service interruptions are necessary to perform works in the affected areas, requiring power outages for a few hours. According to the announcement on its website, the scheduled outages will take place on Tuesday, October 28, in the following communes of the Metropolitan Region:
- Las Condes: from 9:00 to 14:00.
- Recoleta: from 10:00 to 16:00.
- Independencia: from 10:00 to 16:00.
- Conchalí: from 12:00 to 18:00.
- Renca: from 9:30 to 15:30.
- Peñalolén: from 10:30 to 17:30.
- Providencia: from 10:00 to 16:00.
- Ñuñoa: from 11:00 to 17:00.
- Santiago: from 10:00 to 16:00 and from 10:30 to 16:30.
- Estación Central: from 10:00 to 13:00.
- Pudahuel: from 10:00 to 15:00.
- La Florida: from 11:00 to 17:00.
- Maipú: from 10:00 to 14:00.
