Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt has drawn support from major Democrat donors ahead of the June 2 primary. The former reality star, a registered Republican, reported significant fundraising gains while trailing Mayor Karen Bass in polls.

Pratt received the maximum $1,800 donation from billionaires Haim and Cheryl Saban, along with contributions from Nicole Avant, Jeanie Buss, Elliot Grainge, Dan Loeb, Bobby Kotick, Jeffrey Sprecher, and the Winklevoss twins. He raised $2.72 million between April 19 and May 16, bringing his total to $3.26 million. Bass collected $283,000 in the same period for a total of $3.13 million.
