It explores the unraveling friendship of four mothers amid a shocking family crisis.

Series Overview

Little Disasters is a tense psychological drama centered on the bonds of motherhood and the consequences of a single decision. The story follows Jess (Diane Kruger), a devoted stay-at-home mother, who brings her infant daughter to the hospital with an unexplained head injury. Her friend Liz (Jo Joyner), an ER doctor on duty, faces a dilemma: report the incident to social services or protect their friendship. This choice triggers a cascade of events that threatens the families and the group of four women—Jess, Liz, Charlotte (Shelley Conn), and Mel (Emily Taaffe)—who formed a support network during pregnancy.

The series adapts Sarah Vaughan's bestselling novel, with the screenplay by Ruth Fowler and Amanda Duke. Additional cast members include JJ Feild, Ben Bailey Smith, Patrick Baladi, and Stephen Campbell Moore.
