David Doel tops British riders after Kentucky cross-country

David Doel moved up to fourth place overall as the leading British rider following the cross-country phase at the Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event on April 25. American rider Boyd Martin has pulled out of next month's Mars Badminton Horse Trials with his horse Miks Master C after it came up sore at a recent event.
