Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts will make their first live appearance since October 2025 at this year's Farm Aid concert. The event is scheduled for September 26 at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The lineup also features Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, and Margo Price.
