Mariah Carey is ringing in the holidays with a legal victory. A judge has ordered sanctions against the plaintiffs who sued her over her hit 'All I Want for Christmas Is You,' awarding her more than $92,000. The lawsuit, claiming she copied their 1989 song, was dismissed earlier this year.
