Polda Metro Jaya secured several individuals and items suspected of planning to incite riots during the 2026 May Day celebrations in Jakarta. Labor rallies at Monas, the DPR building, and other sites proceeded safely and orderly. Police conducted early detection to prevent infiltration by anarchist groups.
