A 17-year-old, Diler A. S., was fatally stabbed twice in the back on vizconde de Arlesson street in Entrevías, Puente de Vallecas. Police are investigating it as a gang-related crime involving Trinitarios and Ñetas. The attack happened at 3 p.m. near a playground and a train station.
Diler A. S., of Honduran origin with a Spanish DNI, was stabbed at least twice in the back around 3 p.m. while meeting a girl. Two National Police officers started cardiopulmonary resuscitation, followed by Samur for an hour, but the youth did not survive. His mother, notified by police, rushed to the scene and received psychological care.
The victim lived in an Entrevías apartment with his mother, stepfather, and younger brother, whom he often cared for. Friends described him as charismatic, hyperactive, and a footballer in Rayo Vallecano's youth teams. “He was too charismatic, one who never let anyone feel excluded,” said an anonymous friend. He had recently joined the Trinitarios de Torrejón de Ardoz, per his police record.
Police sources point to a gang settling of scores: the attacker, described as a short young male with a half-covered face in black clothes, fled on a scooter and belongs to the Ñetas. The groups clashed after a homicide in Puente de Vallecas last April. Adult witnesses saw the attack near the playground and Renfe Entrevías station.
Dozens of teenagers gathered silently as the body was removed at 7:40 p.m. Friends posted tributes online calling him “Leon” and warned of retaliation, with minor clashes quelled by police that evening. Social workers provided food and drinks for support.
