Alhejaz Gardens targets EGP 15bn sales and unveils new projects

Alhejaz Gardens Real Estate announced plans to launch two new developments and target EGP 15bn in sales over the next year.

Alhejaz Gardens Real Estate is preparing to launch Lamar, a residential development in Maadi, and The Sign, a mixed-use commercial and administrative project. The company is also planning a fully integrated residential community in New Cairo along with two projects in Sheikh Zayed City.

The firm has appointed Ahmed Samir ElDesouky as Chief Commercial Officer to oversee commercial operations. ElDesouky stated that the strategy focuses on strengthening sales and marketing, expanding partnerships with brokerage firms, and enhancing direct and indirect sales channels.

The company has previously delivered projects in areas including Maadi, Zahraa El Maadi, Sheraton, Haram, Hadayek Al Ahram, Dokki, Mokattam, and Nasr City. ElDesouky has more than 20 years of experience in Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, with prior roles at companies such as Coldwell Banker Egypt, Talaat Moustafa Group, SODIC, and DAMAC Properties.
