A boat carrying 15–20 youths capsized and sank in the harbor in Smögen on Friday evening. All climbed out of the water unharmed.
Rescue services and the coast guard were alerted to the scene. Witnesses said intoxicated persons rocked the boat until it capsized.
According to tips to Aftonbladet, the event was a bachelor party. Two people reportedly went to a bar afterward to order beer.
Police arrived just before 10 p.m. to investigate possible crimes. The operation ended at 10:30 p.m. The boat remains on the bottom but is not considered a danger.
