The six Cebada Gago bulls, all five-year-olds described as serious, well-built and noble, were fought at the Monumental de Pamplona on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, before a full house.
David Galván, dressed in bottle green and gold, debuted in San Fermín with a standout performance on the fourth bull, cutting an ear after an effective sword thrust. The man from Cádiz took a lap around the ring.
Manuel Diosleguarde, in white and gold and making his Pamplona debut, earned another ear with a great sword thrust on the sixth bull. Román, in bull’s blood and gold, left without a trophy after two fights marked by stabs and low thrusts.
