Egyptian PCE partners with Italian RECS on $10bn projects in Egypt and Gulf

Precision Consulting Engineering (PCE) has announced a strategic partnership with Italy's RECS Architects to expand architectural and consultancy services in Egypt and Gulf markets. The deal, signed by PCE Chairperson Waleed Sweida and Pier Maria Giordani, targets 150 projects worth $10 billion over three years.

Precision Consulting Engineering (PCE) signed a strategic partnership with RECS Architects to blend local Egyptian execution with Italian global design expertise. The alliance targets real estate, construction, hospitality, and industrial sectors, including towers, residential compounds, and hotels in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

The partnership plans around 150 projects over three years, valued at $10 billion mainly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Specific initiatives include an integrated residential development in Egypt, three projects in Jeddah, and Dammam’s Corniche, with focus on East Cairo and the New Administrative Capital.

In hospitality, it has secured contracts for three hotels: one in Sheraton with EGP 12 billion in infrastructure, another in New Cairo, and a five-star hotel in Saudi Arabia with a global brand. Waleed Sweida described it as delivering “Italian architectural expertise through Egyptian hands.”

Mohamed Farag noted PCE’s Gulf presence and alignment with Egypt’s green building goals amid geopolitical challenges. Pier Maria Giordani emphasized sustainable solutions using smart systems and AI for energy efficiency and water management.
