Escuela de Salud San Pedro Claver marks 30 years in Huila

The educational institution marks three decades of operation with two new technical programs and a campaign to attract students.

The Escuela de Salud San Pedro Claver began operations on August 17, 1995, in Neiva and Pitalito. Over this period it has trained more than 10,000 students in technical labor programs.

The institution currently offers eight programs. Among the most recent are Auxiliar en cuidado del adulto mayor and Técnico laboral en entrenamiento físico personal.

In semester 2026-2 it launched the campaign “El mundial de los que quieren cambiar su historia” to promote education as a tool for personal and economic transformation.
