Flybondi resumes flights and reports irregularities by former executives

Argentine airline Flybondi resumed operations after a technical halt. The new administration, led by COC Global Enterprise, accused the previous management of alleged fraudulent maneuvers.

Flybondi restarted its flights in Argentina with two Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The company plans to gradually add six more planes to reach a fleet of eight units.

The new management, driven by main shareholder COC Global Enterprise since June 2025, detected financial discrepancies during an audit. This led to the departure of former CEO Mauricio Sana and other executives.

COC Global invested 70 million dollars to avoid bankruptcy. The company will now change its commercial strategy to avoid selling tickets above real capacity and improve punctuality.

Esteban Tossutti, former Flybondi president, advises the normalization process. The airline will work with authorities, suppliers and passengers to regain trust.
