Charlie, formerly known as Dakota Kai in WWE, has revealed her recent engagement to fellow former WWE talent Eddy Thorpe. The announcement came during an episode of her podcast with Zelina Vega.
Charlie described the proposal, which occurred on the couple's two-year anniversary. They had planned dinner followed by a visit to a garden area with stalls, but the location was closed.
Thorpe suggested heading to Sanford, the site of their second date. Charlie initially resisted due to the distance but agreed after some discussion.
As they walked, Thorpe stopped in the middle of the road and proposed. Charlie called the moment "so nice" and shared the news by flashing her ring on the "ZELVX and CHARLIE GIRL" podcast.
The couple both competed in WWE before their releases. Charlie recently returned to the ring at an EVE event.
