Jon Bon Jovi has announced that his vocal cords have fully recovered four years after surgery, clearing the way for Bon Jovi's Forever tour.
The singer told People magazine that he is ready to resume performing after a long recovery period. “I’m fully recovered,” he said. “It was longer than I’d ever expected, but it had to be right. We never lost faith.”
Bon Jovi credited his bandmates for their support throughout the process. He noted that they remained committed without seeking other work or retiring, and he expressed deepened appreciation for their loyalty during rehearsals.
The tour begins with a residency at Madison Square Garden on July 7, followed by dates in the United Kingdom and Ireland later this summer. The run will promote the band's 2024 album Forever, marking their first major concerts since 2022.
