Hubner, born in the Netherlands, joined Fortuna Sittard in the summer of 2025. This season, the 22-year-old center-back has made 19 appearances across various competitions, scoring two goals and providing one assist. He missed only seven games, two due to disciplinary issues: one from a red card and one from yellow card accumulation.
