On Friday around 4 p.m., surveillance video captured Chrishau'd Davis, 18, and a 13-year-old boy fighting another 13-year-old on the 900 block of South Shelby Street in Louisville, Kentucky. According to an arrest citation, Davis struck the victim in the head at least twice with a handgun during the altercation. The footage briefly lost sight of the trio, but Davis and his alleged accomplice returned to retrieve items. Davis then pulled a handgun from his jacket, handed it to the younger suspect, and shouted, 'kill him.' The 13-year-old fired several shots at the victim before both fled the scene. Louisville Metro Police officers arrived to find the boy suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Davis faces charges of murder, first-degree assault, and second-degree assault, per Louisville Metro Department of Corrections records. He was booked into jail on Tuesday and scheduled for arraignment the following day.
