Phoebe Bridgers appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on July 15 for an acoustic performance of her new single Lost Boys. The appearance came one day after she debuted the track on the same program with a band of young musicians.
Bridgers performed the stripped-back version at Rockefeller Center in New York City. She released the acoustic rendition the same evening.
The studio version of Lost Boys features backing vocals from her boygenius bandmates Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker. Christian Lee Hutson plays acoustic guitar while Jack Antonoff contributes on multiple instruments. Alex G also assisted with production.
Lost Boys serves as the lead single for Bridgers' upcoming album Lost Weekend. The record is scheduled for release on August 14 via Dead Oceans.
