Scotiabank Colpatria becomes DAVIbank under Davivienda Group

Scotiabank Colpatria has rebranded to DAVIbank, joining as a new bank within Davivienda Group. Both entities will continue operating independently without impacting existing customers. This expands service points for users.

The official announcement signals the rebranding of Scotiabank Colpatria to DAVIbank, establishing it as a new bank under Davivienda Group. According to details from the financial institution, this move preserves the independent operations of each bank, leaving Davivienda's services unchanged for its customers.

For users, daily operations remain unaffected. The entity clarifies that, while Davivienda and Scotiabank Colpatria (now DAVIbank) belong to the same corporate family, they function as two distinct banks. Consequently, products, access keys, and contractual terms stay intact.

A key advantage is improved accessibility. Customers can now make payments and deposits at Scotiabank Colpatria offices, rebranded as DAVIbank, and withdraw cash from Davivienda ATMs. That said, these services may incur additional fees based on current tariffs for Davivienda products.

This restructuring, revealed on December 3, 2025, bolsters Davivienda Group's footprint in Colombia's banking sector, upholding operational autonomy to sustain client trust.
