Switzerland enter the contest after topping Group B. The team drew 1-1 with Qatar before securing wins over Bosnia and Herzegovina and co-hosts Canada.
Colombia arrive unbeaten in their last six matches. Nestor Lorenzo's side topped Group K and defeated Ghana 1-0 in the round of 32.
Switzerland remain uncertain over Michel Aebischer and Luca Jaquez due to muscle injuries. Colombia will be without Jhon Cordoba, who suffered a hamstring injury against Ghana.
The match kicks off at 21:00 BST and will be shown live on ITV1 in the UK.
