Titleist launches Vokey WedgeWorks 2026 SM11 grinds

Titleist has introduced six new Tour-inspired grinds for its Vokey SM11 wedges, making professional-grade options available to everyday golfers. The WedgeWorks 2026 lineup, launched on March 27, includes the L, A, K*, A+, V and 62M grinds, each designed to address specific course conditions. Priced at $229 per wedge, they come in a raw finish.

Titleist unveiled the Vokey WedgeWorks 2026 collection on March 27, expanding its SM11 wedge family with six specialized grinds previously used by PGA Tour players. Wedge expert Bob Vokey and Aaron Dill emphasized the importance of sole design in navigating various turf conditions, from firm fairways to soft bunkers. These grinds offer tailored solutions for precise short-game performance. The L and A grinds provide low 4° effective bounce for shallow strikers on tight lies, favored by players like Ludvig Åberg, Billy Horschel, Wyndham Clark and Geoff Ogilvy. Mid-bounce options include the A+ at 8°, used by Adam Scott for smoother turf interaction, and the K* at 6°, carried by Justin Thomas and Cameron Young for bunker versatility without fairway drag. Higher-bounce choices feature the V grind at 10° for steeper swings in soft conditions, relied on by amateur Jackson Koivun, and the niche 62M at 8° for high, stopping lobs. Available lofts span 58° to 62°, with right- and left-hand options where noted, all in a raw finish that rusts over time to reduce glare and boost friction. Each wedge carries an MSRP of $229. The release brings pro-level customization to a wider audience, helping golfers match their swing to specific environmental challenges.
