Earlier, at 9:40 a.m., the agency noted protesters at the Palo Blanco toll on the Cuernavaca-Acapulco highway, who cleared passage to skip the toll fee without a full blockade.
Authorities advise drivers to check their vehicles, carry valid licenses, use seatbelts, plan routes, and avoid driving under alcohol influence to prevent accidents amid heightened holiday traffic.
