Tamil actor Vishal, director Sundar C, and composer Hiphop Tamizha are teaming up again for an upcoming action entertainer titled Purushan. The makers unveiled a title teaser on January 21, featuring Tamannaah Bhatia as the female lead. The film promises a blend of humor and high-octane action.
The announcement of Purushan marks another collaboration among Vishal, Sundar C, and Hiphop Tamizha, who previously worked together on the 2015 film Aambala and the 2019 movie Action. This will be the fourth project for Vishal and Sundar C, and the fifth for Vishal and Hiphop Tamizha. For the composer and director, Purushan will be their seventh joint venture, following five prior films and the upcoming Mookuthi Amman 2 as the sixth.
Produced by ACS Arun Kumar and presented by Khushbu Sundar under the Avni Cinemax banner, the film features a screenplay and dialogues by Venkatt Ragavan. Cinematography is handled by Gopi Amarnath, with editing by Roger.
