Man stabs ex-partner in the neck in Constitución and is arrested

A man stabbed his ex-partner in the neck in the Constitución neighborhood, Buenos Aires. The victim, of Colombian nationality, was urgently transferred to Hospital Elizalde, where her life was saved. The attacker was arrested by the Police.
