Trey Songz is taking legal action against the Kansas City Police Department five years after a chaotic arrest at a Chiefs playoff game. The singer claims he was the victim of heckling that turned ugly, only for security and cops to turn on him instead. All charges were eventually dropped, but Trey's not letting it slide.
