Burger chain Lotteria, operated by Lotte Group affiliate Lotte GRS Co., has opened its first outlet in Singapore as part of its overseas expansion. The outlet is located at Jewel Changi Airport and is operated under a master franchise agreement with Singapore-based Katrina Group Ltd. California-based Con Azucar Cafe is expanding to Chicago with its first location set to open in the South Loop's Printer's Row around Cinco de Mayo. Franchisees Andrew DeBrie and Gerardo Ortiz plan four additional cafes in the area over the next year and a half.
