Egypt’s Minister of Health and Population, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, met with Qena Governor Khaled Abdel Halim on Sunday to discuss accelerating healthcare development in the governorate and completing ongoing projects to improve medical services and ease the burden on citizens. Abdel Ghaffar emphasized that Qena is a top government priority for upgrading health infrastructure in Upper Egypt due to its strategic importance. The meeting reviewed progress on major initiatives, including the new Qena Hospital and Deshna Central Hospital.
