Jana Nayagan release shifted to January 14 amid resolved censor disputes

Following earlier setbacks like the cancellation of early shows in Kerala, distributor SSR Entertainment has set January 14 as the new release date for Thalapathy Vijay's Jana Nayagan, up from January 9. This comes after the Madras High Court ruled in the producers' favor against censor board objections, though a pending appeal clouds the pan-India rollout.
