Shift Up has revealed details for the November 20, 2025 update to Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, which introduces the Blank Ticket event and a new SSR character, Soline: Frost Ticket. The event centers on Soline encountering a mysterious passenger named Nora on the AZX Ark train. It will run from the end of maintenance until December 4, 2025, alongside a seven-day login event with rewards.
