Vulnerable groups

The government of Mexico City offers a fixed bimonthly fee of 68 pesos for the 2026 property tax to seniors, single mothers, and other vulnerable groups with properties valued up to 2.8 million pesos. For more expensive properties, a 30 percent discount applies. Early payments in January and February also qualify for 8 and 5 percent discounts.
