In the latest installment of our 2026 YA Book News series—following February's awards and adaptations—publishers released several new YA nonfiction titles and comics in April, ending a months-long nonfiction drought. Highlights include histories of the 1941 baseball season and the AIDS epidemic in America, plus standalone comics and series continuations.
