North Korea diplomacy

North Korea's foreign ministry announced Kim Chol-hae as its new ambassador to Sweden on its website. The appointment follows those of envoys to Britain and Indonesia earlier this week. Sweden has long acted as an intermediary in talks between the United States and North Korea.
