Ahadu Bank reports 94 percent profit increase to 1.15 billion ETB

Ahadu Bank announced its 2025/26 fiscal year results with a gross profit of ETB 1.15 billion. This marks a 94.2 percent rise from the prior year. Total income reached ETB 3.2 billion.

Ahadu Bank reported strong growth across key metrics for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Total deposits rose 32 percent to ETB 10.5 billion. Total assets grew 41.39 percent to ETB 14.21 billion. Foreign currency generation increased 58 percent to USD 126 million.

The bank acquired a 17-story building as part of its expansion strategy. It also launched two digital banking applications named Ahadu Le Kulu and Mahider. Customer numbers exceeded 1.34 million by the end of the period.

These results reflect the bank's performance in income generation and operational expansion during the year.
