Amazon Luna to launch new Batman game on July 31

Amazon Luna will release the game Batman: Caped Crusader – Chronicles on July 31, the same day season two of the animated show arrives on Prime Video.

The co-op game puts players in the role of Batman and up to three friends as they solve minigames focused on detective work rather than combat. It features voice acting from the show, including Matthew Needham as the Joker, along with Hamish Linklater and Michelle C. Bonilla.

Players will decode evidence and confront villains such as Scarecrow, Dollmaker and Babyface across 11 episodes, according to Amazon. The title is exclusive to Luna and ties directly into the Prime Video series.

Luna streaming will also become available inside the Prime Video app on Fire TV devices in the UK and US starting the same day. Prime members can access the service at no extra cost on those devices, as well as on select LG and Samsung TVs or via web browser.
