Britney Spears stepped out for a quiet drive in Thousand Oaks ahead of the Fourth of July weekend. The pop star rode along with her bodyguard in a black Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon. She remains on probation and cannot drive herself.
The outing happened Thursday when Spears was spotted in the passenger seat wearing a wide-brimmed hat and casual clothes. Her bodyguard handled the wheel as they cruised through town. No destination was confirmed.
Spears is currently on 12 months' probation after a May plea deal reduced her original DUI charge to wet reckless. The restriction keeps her from getting behind the wheel for now.
Separately, Spears showed proud mom energy after sons Sean Preston and Jayden Federline walked the Vetements Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 runway at Paris Fashion Week. Jayden told Vogue she was "so nervous for us" and sent flowers plus nonstop texts and calls even though she could not attend.
Jayden added that the nerves came from care, quoting her as saying "Yeah, you guys are my sons. You’ve got this." So… is this the start of a new family chapter or just another quiet weekend?
