Detroit Pistons star Cade Cunningham is set to join an elite group of NBA players with his own Nike signature shoe. According to ESPN's Shams Charania, Cunningham has agreed to a new six-year endorsement deal with Nike, with the shoe expected to launch during the 2026-27 season.

Cunningham discussed the deal on Kevin Durant's "Boardroom" podcast, where he expressed excitement about the opportunity. "I haven’t even grasped it yet," Cunningham said. "I can’t wait."

He becomes the sixth active NBA player with a Nike signature shoe line, alongside LeBron James, Ja Morant, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Cunningham's on-court performance has been impressive, building on his breakout 2024-25 campaign. Last season, he averaged 26.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 9.1 assists per game, shooting 46.9% from the field and 35.6% from three-point range. He earned All-Star honors and a spot on the All-NBA Third Team.
