McGregor stated plainly, "There's conversations ongoing always with the boy. That's the truth. So, I'm open for it." The original 2017 fight at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas ended with Mayweather's 10th-round TKO.
This Saturday McGregor faces Max Holloway at UFC 329 in the same venue. He plans to stay "hella active" afterward and chase three-division UFC gold.
