Organisers of Download 2026 have revealed the lineup for the District X stage, led by Five, Electric Six and The All-American Rejects. The Download Festival returns to Donington Park in Leicestershire from June 10 to 14, 2026. Following the November announcement of headliners Limp Bizkit, Guns N’ Roses and Linkin Park—each as UK exclusives—organisers have now detailed the District X stage, described as the event’s “ultimate playground” other big names already confirmed include Bad Omens, Cypress Hill, Tom Morello, Trivium, Halestorm, Pendulum, Mastodon, BABYMETAL, Architects and Feeder. Leading the District X bill are ‘90s boyband Five, Electric Six and The All-American Rejects, who will perform an acoustic set. DJ sets feature Dick & Dom, Creeper, MODESTEP, Cancer Bats’ Liam Cormer, Holding Absence’s Lucas Woodland, DUNE RATS and Frozemode. Additional attractions include secret sets, TokenGrass—a bluegrass tribute to Sleep Token—and Nic Cage Against The Machine, a Rage Against The Machine tribute fronted by a Nicolas Cage impersonator. A full comedy programme from The Comedy Store will feature over 25 acts, including Thomas Green, Matt Bragg, Felicity Ward, Dinesh Nathan and Sikisa. Mainstream pop acts have gained traction at the rock and metal festival in recent years. Vengaboys drew a large crowd at District X in 2025, McFly appeared that year, and Busted performed there in 2024. Download 2025 was headlined by Green Day, Sleep Token and KoRn, with further acts like Weezer, Sex Pistols featuring Frank Carter, The Darkness and Poppy. Festival organiser Andy Copping has emphasised support for emerging talent: “I’ve always wanted to do that, and you can see it in how we’ve been developing the other stages like the Dogtooth stage and the Avalanche... For us, it’s about giving bands the opportunity to grow.” Weekend arena and day tickets remain available.
