A Georgia judge has ordered Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak to complete four parenting therapy sessions before regaining access to her four minor children with ex-husband Kroy Biermann. The children will remain with Biermann starting April 3, with the earliest possible reunion set for April 13. The ruling follows Biermann's recent court filing seeking sole custody.
Court documents specify that Zolciak's children will stay with Biermann until she finishes the required therapy. As TMZ first reported, Biermann filed documents last week demanding sole custody of the four minors. He alleged Zolciak missed prior court-ordered therapy sessions, spent two weeks out of the country, and had seen the children only one night during that time, when one child was bitten by a dog. Biermann sought an immediate change from their joint custody arrangement. Zolciak responded to the claims, telling TMZ, “These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for—something I will never apologize for.” She added, “I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not stay silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come to light—no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”
